Følgende vilkår og betingelser gælder for alle kundeordrer på Horze hjemmesiden.

Ved brug af Horzes hjemmeside eller ved at afgive en ordre på Horzes hjemmeside (www.horze.dk), accepterer kunden de vilkår og betingelser, som er nævnt nedenfor. Før afgivelse af en ordre, skal kunden sikre sig at have læst og forstået vilkår og betingelser.

Når der afgives en ordre på Horzes hjemmeside, forsikrer kunden om at være over 18 år. Kunder under en alder af 18 år skal, ved anmodning fra sælgeren, fremvise et skriftlig brev med tilladelse til at foretage en online køb. Kunden forpligter sig til at informere sandfærdigt om alle betalings-, kontakt- og personlige oplysninger, og er ansvarlig for at give aktuel og præcis information til sælger.

Kunden er ansvarlig for at betalingsmidlet (kreditkort, PayPal-konto osv) er hans / hendes egendel og at den person der bestiller, har ret til at bruge den specifikke betalingsmetode. Et betalingskort / kreditkort eller bankkonto skal have tilstrækkelige midler til at dække det samlede beløb for ordren. Sælgeren forbeholder sig ret til at kontrollere kortets dækning og de givne betalingsoplysninger, før afsendelse af ordren. Horze er ikke forpligtet til at tilbyde hele spektret af forskellige betalingsmetoder til kunden.

Horze er ikke ansvarlig for, eller hæfter for nogen af sådanne ordrer, afgivet under falsk identifikation, ved hjælp af en anden kundes konto eller ved brug af anden uærlig metode.

Produkter og services som fremgår på Horzes hjemmeside i løbet af en bestemt periode, garanterer ikke at en given vare eller tjenesteydelse altid er tilgængelig. Vi forbeholder os retten til at fjerne et produkt til enhver tid.

Vi forbeholder os retten til at ændre disse vilkår og betingelser uden forudgående varsel. De synlige på købstidspunktet betingelser gælder for orden, når du afgiver den.

Kunden vil modtage en ordrebekræftelse, ved afgivelse af en ordre online. Hvis en vare med broderi bestilles, er kunden ansvarlig for at kontrollere, at oplysningerne er korrekte. Ordrebekræftelsen skal kontrolleres ordentligt efter bestillingen, og kunden bør bede om øjeblikkelig korrektion om nødvendigt. Ændringerne kan foretages, så længe ordren endnu ikke er blevet plukket eller sendt. Horze er ikke ansvarlig for ændringer, der er kommet for sent, efter en ordre er blevet godkendt.



BRANDS, VAREMÆRKER, COPYRIGHT



Ophavsret og immaterielle rettigheder vedrørende alle tjenester, herunder (uden begrænsninger) alle programmer, grafisk indhold og skriftlig information, tilhører Horze som forbeholder sig alle rettigheder.

Horze, Horze logo og alle andre varemærker, der anvendes i onlinebutikken tilhører enten Horze eller andre varemærkeindehavere. Disse varemærker kan ikke kopieres og bruges uden tilladelse fra Horze. Eventuelle varemærker eller andre mærker, der anvendes på hjemmesiden skal være til ejerens eneste fordel.

Priserne som fremgår i vores online butik er inklusive moms, men inkluderer ikke forsendelsesomkostninger. Vores nuværende forsendelsesomkostninger er:

Alle ordrer afgivet i Horze webshop afsendes inden for 2 hverdage efter bestillingen er foretaget. Horze forbeholder sig retten til forsinkelser i højsæsoner og under kampagner. For ordrer, der indeholder brodering, vil behandlingen af ordren tage 5 dage yderligere. Bemærk, at forsendelser ikke kan leveres til postboksadresser.

* Flere af produkterne er bestilt fra en samarbejdspartner, hvilket kan forlænge leveringstiden. Der henvises til forsendelsestiden nævnt på hver enkelt produktside, og ligeledes i kassen, for at kende din endelige forventede leveringsdato.

Gratis levering gælder ikke for produkter, der er tildelt ekstra forsendelsesomkostninger, såsom vogne og større produkter som transportvarer til kæledyr. Hvis et produkt har særlige forsendelsesomkostninger, vil dette være nævnt på produktsiden.

Hvis der forekommer en klar prisfejl (dvs. forbrugeren bør inden for rammerne af forbrugerrettigheder forstå fejlen), forbeholder sælger sig retten til at annullere en ordre og ikke sælge varer med defekte priser.


LEVERING


Den forventede leveringstid og leveringsmetode for ordren er præsenteret i købsprocessen. Kunderne skal være opmærksomme på, at på Horze hjemmesiden er der varer, der har en længere leveringstid. Bestilling af en eller flere af disse varer vil forlænge leveringstiden for hele ordren. Leveringstiden er tydeligt præsenteret på hver enkelt produktside, og ligeledes i kassen. Den gennemsnitlige leveringstid er 2 arbejdsdage.

Ordrer med broderi har 5 dage længere leveringstid.

De tilgængelige betalingsmetoder i din online butik er:

ANNULLERING AF ORDRE

Kunden har juridisk ret til at annullere ordren inden for 14 dage, uden at opgive nogen grund. Retten til at annullere ordren ender 14 dage efter, at kunden har modtaget varen. Retten til at annullere gælder ikke for varer, som er personliggjorte eller fremstilles specielt til en individuel kunde (f.eks broderede produkter).

Hvis kunden ønsker at annullere ordren, skal denne straks underrette kundeservice, dog senest 14 dage efter modtagelse af varen.

Refusion for produkterne vil blive betalt til kunden, når den returnerede ordre er fysisk modtaget på vores lager. Vi vil give en refusion, ved brug den samme metode, der anvendes til at foretage betalingen. I nogle tilfælde skal kunden oplyse Horze om deres kontooplysninger (IBAN / SWIFT) for at få refusion. Eventuelle shipping gebyrer vil blive refunderet til kunden, hvis kunden har annulleret hele ordren fuldt ud.

Hvis ordren er finansieret af en faktura fra en tredjepart, er Horze ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle resterende gebyrer eller omkostninger, der kan opstå under annulleringsprocessen af ordren.

Hvis kunden ikke afhenter to eller flere ordrer, vil Horze lukke kundens konto. I sådanne tilfælde forbeholder Horze sig retten til at holde kundens konto lukket, indtil et genåbningsgebyr (200 kr.) er betalt.


RETURNERING AF ORDREN


Horze bruger online returnering i Danmark.

For at returnere en pakke til os, skal du logge ind på din konto og begynde en online returproces.

Følg disse instruktioner:

  1. Gå til min konto her.
  2. Hvis du bestilte som gæst, kan du registrere din online returordre her.
  3. Når du har registreret din returnering online, sender vi dig en returlabel på pdf via e-mail.
  4. Sørg for at lægge de produkter du vil returnere i returpakken.
  5. Udskriv returlabelen og sæt den fast på returpakken.
  6. Indlever returpakken i nærmeste posthus.

Horze betaler for forsendelsen af returneringen!

Når du returnerer din bestilling bruger vi normalt 2-3 uger på at behandle den. Du vil modtage en mail når vores varelager har behandlet og registreret din retur.

Kunden kan returnere en ordre fra den dato, man bestiller ordren, indtil 65 dage efter modtagelsen af de bestilte varer. Hvis 65 dage er gået, siden købet, kan vi desværre ikke kan tilbyde dig en refusion eller ombytning.

Produkter bestilt online kan kun byttes eller returneres hos den online butik.

For at være berettiget til en returnering, skal din vare være ubrugt og i samme stand som du modtog den. Den skal også være i den originale emballage.

Bestilte produkter med broderi er ikke berettiget returnering eller ombytning. Ombytning af gratis produkter og bonus produkter er ikke tilladt. Hvis du dog ønsker at returnere et sådant produkt, vil du ikke modtage finansiel eller materiel kompensation for det.

Travvogne og sulkyer er ikke berettiget returnering eller ombytning da disse er personliggjorte produkter.

Horze forbeholder sig retten til at acceptere eller afvise refusioner, hvor produktet ikke er i salgbar tilstand. Horze forbeholder sig retten til at fratrække et gebyr på 50 kroner for brudt eller beskidt vareemballage. 

Horze sender erstatningsproduktet gratis én gang per ordre. For en yderligere ombytning, vil Horze opkræve normale forsendelsesomkostninger. Den nødvendige behandlingstid for en returnering eller ombytning, er normalt 1 uge fra ankomsten af den returnerede vare til lageret. Vi forbeholder os retten til forsinkelser i spidsbelastningsperioder.

Ved tilbagebetaling vil vi forsøge at refundere ved brug af den samme metode, der anvendes til at foretage betalingen. I nogle tilfælde skal kunden oplyse Horze om deres kontooplysninger (IBAN / SWIFT) for at få refusion. Eventuelle shipping gebyrer vil blive refunderet til kunden, hvis kunden annullerer hele ordren fuldt ud.

Hvis den returnerede pakke forsvinder eller går tabt undervejs til Horze lageret, vil Horze kun tilbagebetale værdien af produkterne, hvis kunden har en trackingkode for returforsendelsen. Horze forbeholder sig retten til at indlede en søgning på postvæsenets kontor, for at finde ud af, hvor pakken er. I nogle tilfælde kan dette tage op til 1 måned. 

Hvis en broderet produkt returneres til vores lager på grund af, at det ikke at blevet hentet af kunden, vil Horze forsøge at kontakte kunden via e-mail, telefon og brev, for at gøre et yderligere leveringsforsøg. Kunden har ret til at få ordren leveret en gang mere uden ekstra omkostninger. Hvis Horze ikke kan komme i kontakt med kunden inden for 14 dage, vil Horze opkræve kunden for produktprisen og et ekstra ekspeditionsgebyr, og destruere produktet. Hvis et gensendt broderet produkt kommer tilbage til vores lager for anden gang, vil vi opkræve kunden for produktprisen, samt omkostningerne for begge forsendelsers og destruere produktet.

Hvis et produkt som er en del af 3 for 2-tilbuddet returneres, vil tilbuddet ikke gælde længere. Prisen på det gratis produkt vil blive trukket fra det refunderede beløb.


ERSTATNINGSKRAV


Hvis produktet leveres beskadiget, defekt eller ukomplet, har kunden en 2 års ret til at gøre krav erstatning. Horze forbeholder sig retten til ikke at godkende skader, der er forårsaget af ukorrekt behandling af produktet fra kundens side, eller hvis kunden ikke følger de normale retningslinjer for brug. Vi gør alle rimelige bestræbelser på, så præcist som muligt, at fremvise vores produkters egenskaber, herunder sammensætning og farver. Den farve du ser, afhænger af dit computersystem, og vi kan ikke garantere, at din computer vil vise farverne præcist. Små variationer i farve eller detaljer, samt mindre problemer såsom ridser på produktet, kan være et for lille grundlag til at få et erstatningskrav godkendt, og er derfor normalt ikke berettiget til refusion.

Hvis erstatningskravet bliver godkendt, vil Horze reparere eller erstatte punktet gratis, eller give dig en prisnedsættelse, eller en fuld refusion.

Kunden skal kontakte Horze kundeservice for at effektuere erstatningskravet. Behandlingstiden er typisk op til 14 dage.

Horze forsøger altid først at løse klager og eventuelle tvister med kunderne. Hvis uenigheden ikke kan løses mellem parterne (sælger-kunde), kan kunden frembringe sagen for Forbrugerklagenævnet.

Forbrugeren kan også frembringe tvisten gennem OTB-platformen (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). OTB-platformen giver både forbrugere og erhvervsdrivende med en platform til at bilægge deres online tvister, både indenlandske og grænseoverskridende transaktioner. Platformen er direkte knyttet til den Alternativ Tvistbilæggelse (ATB), hvilket giver forbrugerne og de erhvervsdrivende, en etableret og gennemprøvet metode til bilæggelse af tvister.


KUPONER OG GAVEKORT


Kuponer (der er uddelt i en bestemt salgsfremmende periode, og som ikke kan købes) er gældende for en afgrænset, og på forhånd fastsat, periode. En engangskupon kan kun bruges én gang. Den vil ikke længere være gyldig for en ny ordre, selv om den oprindelige ordre blev returneret eller annulleres. Kuponer skal indløses ved at indtaste kuponkoden i det relevante felt i kassen, før du sender ordren. Kuponer kan gælde for afgrænsede produkter eller brands. Kuponer kan sædvanligvis ikke kombineres med andre kuponer. Nogle kuponer har en minimum ordregrænse.

Kuponer kan ikke ombyttes til penge. Kuponer kan ikke anvendes, efter en ordre er blevet sendt.

Hvis der anvendes en kupon til en ordrerabat (f.eks. 100kr. rabatkupon), vil rabatbeløbet fordelet på hvert enkelt produkt i ordren. Hvis kunden returnerer en eller flere af de elementer, vil vi refundere den nedsatte pris for returvaren.

We use the Personal Data we collect from you in the following ways:

To Deliver and fulfil your Purchases and other Services You Request

When you use our Sites and Apps, we will use your Personal Data to provide the product or service you have selected. For example, if you make a purchase on Horze website, or participate in an event or promotion, we will use the contact information you give us to communicate with you about the purchase, event or promotion. If you reach out to our Customer Service, we will use information about you, such as delivery or payment information, or the product you have purchased to help you resolve a problem or question.

If you are an existing customer of Horze (for example, if you have placed an order with us), we may use the email address provided to send you marketing communications about similar Horze products or services, unless you have opted-out. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will comply with such request unless there is another legitimate ground to process the Personal Data.

For email marketing you can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link provided in all emails or by logging in on "My account" page on our webshop and change your marketing preferences from there.

6. Retention of Personal Data

The Personal Data we collect is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law. Thereafter, the Personal Data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe or rendered anonymous.

The retention periods depend on the purpose of the processing and type of the information.

  • Shipping companies have different policies related to retension. See privacy policy for each shipping provider in the section "Processing Operations"
Payment data
  • Payment providers are under strict regulation from goverments in each country. See privacy policy for each payment provider in the section "Processing Operations".
  • Horze does not keep any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers.
Marketing Data
Browsing data
  • Browsing Data will be stored for 6 months since your last session.
Email marketing data
  • If you withdraw your consent to email marketing Horze will delete your contact data within one year of the withdrawal.
  • If you have given your consent but we do not register any activity (read, click or purchase) we will delete your contact data from our database within reasonable time period.
Other third-party marketing data
  • Facebook and other third-party marketing services that Horze is using have their own privacy policy.
  • Please see the privacy policy which you can find in the chapter "Processing Operations".
CCTV Data

Applies only when visiting our physical Horze Shops. CCTV data is kept for security reasons and will always be deleted after 30 days.

  • Salesforce stores the analytics data for 6 months since the latest update.
Google Analytics
  • Analytics data will be automatically deleted after a retention period of 38 months.
Hotjar
  • Hotjar will maximum keep data for up to 5 years.

7. Transfer of Personal Data

Horze is using various systems to provide a good and personalized service and keep our web-sites operational. Such third-party systems will only store and use Personal Data that is needed for them to complete the service they provide to Horze.

Horze only uses top professional third-party partners and systems that comply to the EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, Horze has signed a data protection agreement with each of them to ensure they do not misuse any of our customers Personal Data.

Some third party service providers, e.g. payment providers, are under goverment regulations and have strict guidelines for information we have to give them for your purchase related transactions. When you leave the shop at our web-site or get directed to third-party website or App, you are no longer governed by this privacy notice and our terms and conditions.
